Event Request Form

Coyote Radio welcomes the opportunity to participate in your campus function. Because our service to you relies mainly on student trainees and volunteers it is important that requests are received at a minimum of 10-14 days in advance so that we can maintain an effective schedule. Our purpose is to help highlight your event, as well as, raise the awareness of Coyote Radio on campus. Our Services include:

• Coyote Radio Booth and Banner
• Sound Equipment
• Equipment Operator (Not a DJ)
• Coyote Radio Giveaways
• A variety of Great Coyote Radio Music
• Periodic Announcements of Your Event (Please provide an Agenda)

Coyote Radio DOES NOT provide "Party DJ" service. If you are planning a Dance Party, Formal, Ball, and/or Gala we suggest that you hire a professional "Party DJ" for your event. We will be playing a variety of Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggae, Alternative and other Indie artists. Sorry, no requests!

Event Description:

Coyote Radio is not a media equipment service and will not attend events to provide basic PA service. All event requests are received and approved by the Coyote Radio Committee. Late submittals and scheduling conflicts will result in a non approval of Coyote Radio's participation in an event.

Coyote Radio reserves all rights for refusal.
